Exciting News


I’m in the process of revamping my site and very excited about a new project I have been working on.  I’ve made a decision to take all the knowledge I have gathered over the past 20 years in my Web Development career as well as the past seven years as a Knowledge Manager and put it together into a well-organized eBook. 

In my career I have noticed a gap in services that are offered.  There are so many services that help you sell your products, ship your products and platforms to help you support your customers.  All that is great, but there are no real standards out there to tell you how to properly support your customers.  I have gathered so much knowledge in this area over the past few years and have had people reach out to me and ask for this information, I decided it was finally time to put my simple google docs into a more formal compilation and make it readily available.

Now, in addition to offering my Web Development services from my site, I have decided to focus more on my passion.  Which is helping companies develop their Help Center strategy to support their products and save them thousands of dollars in offset customer service costs in the process.  I am also going to have blog posts where I talk about some of the strategies and the reasoning behind them.

Very excited and happy to be starting this new adventure.
